knitting queen...
ok here is my little malorie with her scarf/cowl i made her...
and madelyn chose to wear hears on her heads..
because she is silly...
i made one for each girl. (not the one macie is wearng, that is a target scarf)
and my next attempt is a coffee cozy.. i made my own version, but i need a pattern...

healthy lunch
ok, so since all of madelyns heart/lung issues...
(yes, she is healthy, she has an irregular beat, no asthma, and healthy..)
ive been thinking...
we MUST eat more healthy. i mean, I am the one who feeds everyone..
it is MYYY job to put healthy choices and options out everywhere...

MYYYYY JOB.
thats one of the many reasonsWHY i stay home,
so someone else isn't making meal choices for my girls...
so today, while i was taking other random shots, i clicked a couple of mine and the girls lunch...
spinach leafs, tomatoe, sundried tomato turkey, provolone, cream cheese & olive oil flat bread.
tomatoe, cucumber, cream cheese & olive oil flat bread.
the girls really liked it, because it was "pretty"..lol...
i liked it because it was healhty but still yummy...
we finished our yummy lunch with a banana & some fruit snacks...
my niece reminded me, if i cut out ALL junk food, the natives will rebelllll lol... she was right.. lol

loss in our family..
Sad to report, we lost my Grandma Ruby White, last sat. Jan. 14th. =(
she went into hospital on new years eve, and we lost her 14 days later..=(
she was married to David, and they would have celebrated 50 years in 2012, she would have been 80 years old in march. She will be dearly missed.
she is happy in heaven. and PAIN FREE. thank you for everyone who prayed for our family. we have been through a lot already. all of this piggy backed from the "madelyn health" drama, and we are all absolutly ready for everyone to be healthy.
in other news,
** macie started school today.
**madelyn had her check up with the allergist today, everything A-OK.
**malorie is just 2, and being adorable.
**john has been busy with work, and litterally stepped up beyond belief during my grandma's stay in the hospital, and was litterally "Wonder Dad".
**ME-after a mini mental breakdown and some yummy medications, im doing better, i was having panic attacks, etc.. not eating or sleeping for days, freaking out about having no REAL control over my kids... but all better-ish...
we are all just living... and seriously enjoying and appreciating each other.
after seeing someone lose a partner of 50 years.. yes my grandparents were togther 50 years... and the stories of thier life, and lessons learned, etc... it really makes a person re-evaluate well, everything. things i thought were big are smaller. things i thought were small, are bigger. everything lately has just made me stop thinkng, and just live and appreciate MORE.
